GREENWICH — Daniel Warzoha, the town’s unexpected emergency management director, invested Friday and Saturday operating and checking Tropical Storm Henri. He died unexpectedly Saturday night time, Very first Selectman Fred Camillo instructed Greenwich Time Sunday.
